Update your e-mail address
If you plan to change your Internet Service Provider (ISP), don't forget to update your directory information with your new e-mail address so that you can continue receiving the latest news and information from TI Alumni Association.

To update your e-mail address, click the “Update directory info" item in the Member Services menu.

IMPORTANT...

TI's HR information is maintained in a separate database from TIAA. Therefore, any changes to your mailing address must also be reported to TI in order for your TI records to be updated.

Retirees participating in the TI retiree health benefits program can accomplish this by calling TI HR Connect at 888-660-1411 (option 1) to report address changes, or by logging in to the Fidelity NetBenefits website and updating personal data.

TIP: Tired of having to notify everyone about your email address change every time your ISP changes? You can avoid that chore by creating a free email account (Gmail, Windows Live Mail and Yahoo! are popular choices) and using that address for your "permanent" email address. To avoid having to check two different accounts for email, set up the free account to automatically forward emails to your current ISP email address. Or, you may want to set it up the other way around, with your current ISP email address forwarding to your "permanent" email address. Either way, the next time your ISP changes, you'll just need to change the email forwarding setup; you'll still have your "permanent" email address that you've told everyone to use.
