Class on iPhone Tips, Tricks and Surprises

Only a few seats left — sign up and learn iPhone tips and tricks. The basic tools included with the iPhone are a phone, a personal data assistant, a web browser, an alarm clock, a stopwatch, a voice recorder, a musical instrument, a camera, a camcorder and a compass — all except a user's manual! For instance, did you know your iPhone will be 80% charged after one hour? Do you know how to send your incoming calls to voice mail when you can't answer the phone immediately? Can you multi-task on the iPhone? Or how about discussing the favorites from the thousands of apps that are available for only a few dollars.

Bring your iPhone to the class and receive hands-on help. David Drake, a TIAA member and professional photographer, will teach the class from 1-3 p.m. on Saturday, May 15, in Conference Room C1-C2 at the Texins Activity Center. Class only costs $10 which includes a new, paperback copy of iPhone-The Missing Manual (385 pages written with a wry humor) that retails for $24.99.
